What a fantastic Halloween. I was a little ticked off when we got there that the thing was sold out, because the venue assured me on Thursday there were plenty of tix. However, I am so glad everyone came to Cleveland to see the band in such a small and intimate place as the Odeon. I did not score tickets, but because it is such a small venue, I listened outside the stage door with several of my newest and closest friends!!! Many thanks to that Hippie Hottie from NY, Lauren....
Great set, but the most memorable part was when Bobby sang Looks Like Rain. It was a perfect day in Cleveland on Friday and clouded a little at night, but when that tune started the rain started to fall ever so slightly. The louder Bobby sang, the harder it started to rain. It was so cool.... I cant explain it any other way and am getting goosers writing this. It was something that only a handful of us experienced, but it will live on as one of the greatest moments in my RatDog, Dead, etc travels of over 20 years.... I love you guys that braved the rain and have to agree with a lot of folks when they say, RatDog is the band to see.... Sorry Phil. Cheers everyone!!

Awesome show in the city on the lake Friday night. The energy level was very high, and Bobby kept it that way. Highlights were sprinkled throughout the first set, as the playing on every song was excellent! Personal favorites were the Easy to Slip and the Bertha, which appeared to catch many by surprise. No doubt this one will find itself as a mainstay in the rotation. The second set was incredible, kicked off by great song choices for the acoustic portion of the show. Looks Like Rain gives me the chills every time I hear it!!!! Period. The gear shift from The Other One jam to UJB was beautifully done and also seemed to catch everyone perfectly. Bobby has become a master at gauging the temperature in the room. The rest of the set flowed exceptionally well, and the encore speaks for itself. A great Halloween party it was... "and his hair was perfect."
